Chris J is fantastic. I had poor work done at the Brakes Plus in Wylie which resulted in additional work to be done. After having my brakes done at the Wylie location 2 months ago, and continuous squeaking, it was determined I needed new front pads and rotors due to "poor workmanship" at the other location. Chris took care of everything and replaced the front pads and rotors at no additional cost. I really appreciate his professionalism, honesty, and commitment to making things right. Thank you, Chris, for turning a frustrating experience into a positive one. Great customer service!

On Friday, May 22nd, I started having issues with my car that initially seemed like a simple belt problem. After calling Brakes Plus, Chris immediately stepped in and even helped secure a tow for my vehicle, which took a lot of stress off my shoulders. When the team inspected my car, they found several additional issues. What impressed me most was their honesty and transparency. Chris and his team took the time to explain what needed immediate attention and what could safely wait. They didn't pressure me into unnecessary repairs and actually showed me the problems so I could see them for myself. Because of the trust they built through their transparency, I returned on May 26th to have the remaining minor issues repaired. The entire experience was professional, honest, and customer-focused from start to finish. Chris and his team were amazing. It's hard to find a shop that combines great communication, quality work, and genuine honesty, but Brakes Plus delivered on all three. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy automotive service!

Katie and Jacob assisted me and were incredibly respectful and helpful throughout the entire process and beyond. They took the time to explain the situation clearly and didn't make me feel like just another ticket. I really appreciate the honesty and professionalism, I’ll definitely be back for future maintenance.
